Personal Growth, Systemic Change
This semester, we will look at core moments of change in the biblical landscape, and explore the personal growth in key characters that played a role in bringing about these changes. Underlying these sessions will be the overarching question - what does the individual need to learn and experience in order to grow, and how does that affect change in the systems in which they function? And: what does that teach us about growth and change in our organizations, and in the individuals our work is affecting?
